Most of what makes a dental practice good or bad is decided before the patient walks in. These are ours, written down so we can be held to them.

Forty-five minute appointments.
Not fifteen. There is time to talk before anything clinical happens, and time to ask everything you forgot to ask last time.

Written prices, always in advance.
Every treatment plan arrives itemised and in plain English before any work begins. Nothing added, nothing implied, nothing surprises you at the desk.

Nervous patients, welcome.
Most of our new patients are. Stop signals are agreed at the start. We move at your pace, and pause as often and as long as you need.

Six days a week, with Saturdays.
Monday to Friday from eight in the morning to six in the evening, plus Saturday mornings - so a check-up doesn't have to mean a day off work.
General dentistry, done deliberately.
A short list of what we offer, deliberately. We'd rather do the basics very well than dabble in everything.
Check-ups & hygiene
Routine examinations, scale and polish, gum-health reviews. Every appointment at least thirty minutes.
General dentistry
White fillings, crowns, extractions, root canal work. Calmly carried out and narrated as we go.
Cosmetic work
Whitening, alignment, veneers. Only ever offered when you ask. We will not push it.
Nervous patient care
Longer appointments, agreed stop signals, numbing gel as standard. We rebook with no charge.

Fourteen Cathedral Road sits in a Victorian terrace just off Pontcanna fields, with a step-free entrance and two parking bays on site.
