Most of what makes a dental practice good or bad is decided before the patient walks in. These are ours, written down so we can be held to them.

    Time to talk before anything clinical.

    Appointments start with a conversation, not a tray of instruments. Time to ask everything you forgot to ask last time, and time for us to understand what brought you in.

    Written prices, always in advance.

    Every treatment plan arrives itemised and in plain English before any work begins. Nothing added, nothing implied, nothing surprises you at the desk.

    Nervous patients, welcome.

    Most of our new patients are. Stop signals are agreed at the start. We move at your pace, and pause as often and as long as you need.

    Open seven days, on call around the clock.

    Weekdays nine to five, weekends ten to two, plus a 24/7 365 line for genuine dental emergencies. Pain doesn't keep office hours, so neither do we.

    White composite fillings, routine extractions, and night guards for grinding. All £100 each. Calmly carried out, narrated as we go, and never started without a written quote you have agreed to.

    Emergency appointments

    A same-day appointment when something hurts, with treatment included in the price. The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

    Professional take-home whitening with trays made from a digital impression. A two-week course and a noticeable shift, without the sensitivity that comes with high-street kits. Only ever offered when you ask for it.

    Root canal & dentures

    Root canal treatment at £400. Acrylic dentures from £500 per arch, metal cobalt-chrome dentures from £750 per arch. Planned over two visits, with a written quote before any work begins.

    Longer first appointments, agreed stop signals, numbing gel as standard before any injection, and the option to rebook for free if a visit becomes too much. Most of our new patients come to us nervous.
